Delivery

Where the order is to be delivered to a United States address via ground shipping, One Panacea will use reasonable endeavors to deliver the order within 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.
You may be required to sign for deliveries.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are in US dollars and do not include applicable sales taxes. The total cost including any applicable taxes will be displayed during check-out, once you have selected your billing and shipping address. Prices are subject to change without notice.

The amount payable to One Panacea for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:

1. The sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal);

2. The cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and

3. The sum of any other fees which One Panacea levies from time to time and which you have agreed to pay by providing your electronic consent (e.g. subscription fees).

You must pay the Order Amount by credit card at the time of submitting the Order. One Panacea accepts Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

Returns

All sales are final.

We strongly encourage you to email us at info@one-panacea.com with any prior questions or concerns. 
In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us at info@one-panacea.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. One Panacea reserves the right to refuse any return on orders that are found to not fit within the fault of manufacturing defect. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
